St Johns Wort tea is known as nature’s Prozac. Saint johns wort tea has been used successfully for centuries as an antidepressant, nervine and calmative hope. St. John’s wort is named after John the Baptist. It is in season around the 24th of June, the celebration day of St. John the Baptist. It contains many fytochemicals that act on messengers in the brain that regulate mood.
