This recipe uses 1 jar of virgin coconut oil, which you will use solely for your hair mask. It will be enough for multiple treatments and can be used as frequently as once per week.


  1. a 200 ml jar of virgin coconut oil
  2. 10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
  3. 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil


  1. Soften the coconut oil by placing the jar in a pan of hot water until the oil almost turns into liquid.
  2. Stir in the essential oils, blend well together. Your hair mask is now ready for use.
  3. Dampen hair with water, you can do this with a spray bottle filled with water.
  4. Place a towel over the shoulder to protect clothes, then coat mixture onto hair with your hands

  5. Let the mask sit on hair for 30 minutes or overnight, you may wish to cover hair with a shower cap.
